A first class
After warm-up, athletes work tumbling progressions at their level — from foundational shapes to connected passes. Coaches spot, correct form, and build skills step by step.
What to wear & bring
Fitted athletic wear that stays in place during inversion — shorts or leggings and a fitted top. Bare feet on the floor. Bring a water bottle.
