Recreational gymnastics classes offers your child the opportunity to build confidence, character, discipline, endurance, determination, strength, and coordination. Plus there are many other benefits that a child can take into any other sport or continue in competitive team gymnastics. We believe and see that gymnastics encourages a child to “focus”… which usually carries over into their schoolwork and other activities.

We offer recreational gymnastics classes for boys and girls 18 months and older, at varying times Monday-Saturday.

Recreational gymnastics classes are offered for grades K-12 once a week for an hour and 15min. They are designed to help children learn both basic and advanced gymnastics skills in a fun-filled atmosphere with lots of encouragement from the instructors.
