Meet Format

  • Prep-Optionals to use Tennessee Rules. See these rules at the TN USAG site.
  • Women to use Modified Capitol Cup format with 2 sets of equipment
  • Men to use Modified Traditional - Warm Up/Compete then rotate

Awards

  • 100% for all-around
  • Over 50% for individual
  • Custom medals

Entry Fees and Instructions

  • $50.00 per gymnast for levels 1-3 (1-judge panel)
  • $85.00 per gymnast for levels 4-10
  • Team entry is free
  • Entry deadline is December 15th, 2009. We cannot provide refunds after this date.
  • A single club check must accompany your entry form.
  • Please use the Excel spreadsheet entry form or use your own USAG entry form. Submit via email to Kerma Headrick or via USPS mail to:
